As a Partner & National Practice Leader with one of Canada’s leading full-service recruiting firms, Rob collaborated with some of the most successful organizations who relied on him to locate, evaluate and match them with top IT professionals available in the marketplace. Recruiting at all levels and positions within the Information Technology sector including; MIS/CTO/CIO, Network & Application Architects, Project Managers, Business & Systems Analysts, Programmer Analysts, Software Developers, LAN/WAN Administrators and Technicians, Rob led the IT Recruiting Practice in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
After completing his post secondary education in Business Administration, Rob spent 14 years in increasingly senior sales positions. Rob held various management positions within PBSC, a division of IBM. Rob managed all sales and marketing activities of the SystemONE line of products to IBM Training Partners worldwide. SystemONE is an integrated line of training materials which includes Instructor-led training materials, self-paced Computer Based Training (CBT) materials, automated skills assessment and customization tools. Previously, Rob was responsible for the overall management and performance of the Winnipeg Branch by overseeing the planning, development, delivery, implementation and evaluation of all branch activities. He provided leadership and direction to 25 staff comprised of Account Managers, Instructors and Administrative Support staff.
